Cloned roles and subsystems
Roles and subsystems are crucial elements in setting security and permissions for the Axiom Financial Institutions Suite, these subsystems: Payroll, Planning, RPPS, and Suite Administration. Each subsystem has subsystem-specific roles associated with it.
However, whenever Axiom Financial Institutions Suite is updated or a hotfix is applied, all of the roles and subsystems are overwritten and set back to their initial state, which would mean you would have to create permissions over again.
To mitigate this, you can clone your existing roles and subsystems and use them instead. These would not be affected by any updates or hotfixes.
